摘要
为了防止设备的腐蚀,亚铵蒸煮时要求蒸煮终了溶液的 pH>7。本文研究表明:亚铵法与碱法交替蒸煮不仅不能减轻蒸煮设备的腐蚀,反而加重了设备腐蚀。其原因是亚铵蒸煮所产生的钝化膜在热碱溶液中部分溶解,降低了它对设备的保护效果。
In order to protect the cooker from corrosion,last cooking solution ph>7by (NH_4)_2SO_3 making pulp.How is the cooker corrosion if alternating (NH_4)_2SO_3 cooking with NaOH cook- ing.The thesis show that the alternated cooking increase the cooker corrosion because the preservative of (NH_4)_2SO_3 cooking resulted dissolve in hot basic solution and reduce it protect- ing effect.
