摘要
在矿井瓦斯压力测定.煤层瓦斯抽放以及煤层注水中,如何减少泄漏.提高钻孔的密封性具有十分重要的意义.本文应用流体力学.密封材料学.渗流力学.探讨了钻孔密封段密封介质的渗漏机理.得出了钻孔密封介质泄漏量的理论计算公式:并在此基础上深入分析了钻孔密封段密封介质泄漏量大小的影响因素.设计加工了钻孔密封装置并进行了相应的实验,取得了预期的效果。
In measurement of gas pressure, firedamp drainage and water injection of coal seam, it is very important to reduce leakage and to increase sealing of borehole on the basis of fluid mechanics, mechanics of sealing materials and osmotic fluid mechanics, this paper discusses the permeable mechanism of sealing medium in sealing section of borehole. It can be obtained that the theoretical formula of permeable volume of sealing medium in sealing section of drilling. On the basis of the above,the author deeply studies the influential factor of borehole and designes the sealing apparatus for drilling-hole. In the end, through experiment,it can be shown that the apparatus is very useful in the measurement of gas pressure in coal seam.
