摘要
文章认为,地矿部石油海洋地质局系统各地区局改成总公司以后,其企业组织制度的设计要一步到位,这有利于降低发展成本,提高经济效益。本文对地矿部油气地勘单位一步到位的企业组织制度特征进行了描述,并探讨了一步到位的方法。
The authors hold when the local bureaus under the Bureau of Petroleum Geology and Marine Geology of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources turn to become general corporations, their organizational structure should be designed in a way that they may operate directly, as enterprises. It is thought that to reach the goal in one step is conducive to lowering development cost and raising economic efficiency. The characteristics of the aimed enterprise organizational structure of the oil/gas prospecting units under the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources are described and methods to have it realized in one step are discussed.
