摘要
在三坐标测量机系统误差各种补偿方法的分析基础上,着重分析研究了系统误差合成法的软件补偿方法;建立了系统误差的数学模型;展示了该方法在产品中的应用效果。文章最后提出了系统误差软件补偿方法的发展方向。
On the basis of analyzing the various compensation methods for systern errors in a 3-D measuring machine, the author emphatically analyzes the software compensation method based on systern error synthesis and sets up a mathematical model of systerm errors and also presents the actual results obtained from the application of this method to production. Finally, the author shows the development trends of software compensation method for system errors.
