摘要
本文研究了硅及其含量对ZA—27合金组织及性能的影响,结果表明,硅在ZA—27合金中主要以初晶硅的形式存在于α枝晶之间,使合金的耐磨性明显提高,且耐磨性随硅含量的增加而增加.综合考虑了硅对耐磨性,减摩性能、机械性能及铸造性能等的影响,认为在ZA—27合金中加入1~3%硅时具有较理想的组织和性能.
In this paper investigated the effects of the addition of Si to ZA -27 alloy and its amount on the microstructure and properties of the alloy. It is shown that Si existing mainly between α-dendrites in the form of primary Si crystal, increases the wear-resistance of the alloy,substantially the more the content of Si, the higher the wear resistance of the alloy. By comprehensively considering the effects of Si on the wear resistance, frictional property, mechanical properties and casting properties of the alloy, it is believed that comparatively ideal microstructure and properties may be obtained by addition of 1-3% Si to the ZA -27 alloy.
