摘要
本文根据大量的现场调查资料,分析了煤矿井下因爆破作业引起事故的原因,指出炸药爆燃、炮泥封堵长度不够、巷道贯通措施不利和残药爆炸等是爆破事故产主的主要原因;最后应用事故树理论研究了爆破事故产生的原因。
Based on a lot of investigetion data insitu, this article analyses the causes of blasting accident under the shaft of coal mine, and then points out that inflammation of explosive . shortage of stem lengh, disadvantage of measure of linking blast and remaining explosive in the hoie; are the main causes of blast accidents; at last. the causes of blast accident are discussed with fault tree theory.
