摘要
Sherman—Morrison公式的条件,历史上被表述为充分条件,本文指出它的必要性,同时给出另,一等价条件且将公式中所及向量推广到矩阵。
The condition of the formula of Sherman-Morrison is historically expressed as suficient condition. In this paper,its necessity is pointed out,and an other eguivalent condition is given and the vectors in the formula is extended to matrix .
