摘要
本文概述了呼和浩特市农业经济发展现状。遵循定性与定量相结合的原则,主要运用灰色系统理论与方法,预测2000年呼和浩特市农业(包括种植业、林业、畜牧业、副业、渔业)总产值和粮食、油料、甜菜、蔬菜总产量,并提出实现上述预测目标的主要行政、经济、法律和科技措施。
Firstly, the paper outlines the economic agricultural situation of Hoh-hot City. Then, according to the principle of the qualitative and quantita-tive combination, it uses grey system model to estimate the values of agr-iculture output (including planting, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheryand sideline) and the total outputs of grains, oil crops, beets and vegetab-les. Furthermore, administrative, economic, legislative and scientific mea-sures are raised to guarantee the realization of above targets.
