福建省一级社会体育指导员培训工作现状研究

Research On the Present Training for Social Sports Instructors of First Level

采用文献资料法、教学实验法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对我省一级社会体育指导员培训工作进行调查研究,结果表明参加一级社会体育指导员培训的学员的基本情况有较大改善。根据培训中存在的问题,提出了建设性意见,以促进我省一级社会体育指导员培养模式的不断创新。

With the documents, teaching experiment, interviews, questionnaire survey, on the research on the training for Social Sports Instructors of First Level in our province, the result reflects that the base of the reality of social sports instructors has been better. It also proposes some constructor countermeasures to promote the training for continue innovation o the social sports instructors of First Level in our province.
