领会教学法对高职学生羽毛球选项课学习影响的实验研究

A Applied Research on the Teaching Games for Understanding Approach in Selective Badminton Course at Polytechnic College

羽毛球项目是大学生喜爱的运动项目之一,但长期的教学实践发现传统技术教学模式不能真正使学生很好地理解羽毛球运动,所学的"技术动作"也难以在比赛中运用而转化为"技能"。为改变高校羽毛球选项课教学的现状,将"领会教学法"引入羽毛球选项课的教学,通过一年时间的教学实验取得了良好的教学效果。实验表明:应用领会教学法教学的班级学生技术掌握、比赛能力、认知能力以及提高自信心等方面有明显的提高;学生学习羽毛球的兴趣、自我效能显著增强。建议在高职院校羽毛球选项课教学中推广领会教学法。

Teaching games for understanding approach is one of the teaching methods that represent quality education and the idelolgy of course, whiclh contributes to creativity of college students. Teaching games for understanding approach was applied into the selective badminton course at general college. Teaching games for understanding approach, different from the traditional teaching method that is based on teaching techniques, excites the activeness of students, arouses interests of learning, making the class dynamic and at the same time increase the effectiveness of teaching. The purpose of this study is to testing the effect of the theory and offers an example of teaching method of selective course at general college as reference for P. E. teachers. The experiment was done with 2 classes of frosh of ShenZhen Polytechnic who have chosen the badminton course. Teaching games for understanding approach is applied to teaching of the selective class and the effective outcome is inspected.
