对导弹陀螺仪高速向心球轴承及向心推力球轴承摩擦系数的理论研究

摘要 以滚动轴承理论及摩擦学滚动原理为理论基础,以导弹陀螺仪高速球轴承(简称高速球轴承)为研究对象,本文引用国内外提供的资料及数据,经过系统研究及分析计算推导出一组可直接计算高速球轴承摩擦系数的计算公式。由本文导出公式所示解析关系可清晰地看出,高速球轴承摩擦系数不仅与轴承内外径、滚珠对内圈、(或外圈)的滑动摩擦系数、滚珠半径及数量有关,而且还与轴承转速和当量动载荷等参数密切相关。 In this paper the objects of study are speed - high radial ball bearings care called MGHS ball bearings for short). Studying,analysis and calcu- lating systematically forcing conditions about balls, inner and outer rings of MGHS ball bearing by means of the rolling bearing theory, the rolling principle in tribolo- gy and materials from domestic and foreign literatures, a group of formulas of cal- culating frictional coefficients of MGHS ball bearings has been deduced in this arti- cle. The analytical relationships expressed in the formulas indicate clearly that the frictional coefficient of a MGHS ball bearing is related to not only the bore, outer diameter,sliding friction coefficient between balls and inner ring (or out ring), ball radius, ball number but also speed and equivalent dynamical load of the MGHS ball bearing.
