摘要
本文通过实验法、问卷调查法、实地调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法以福州市延安中学初三学生为研究对象,分析在短距离跑中学习掌握运用站立式起跑技术对其成绩的影响,并探讨该技术在教学实践中的作用,从而得出结论。旨在对今后中学进行短距离跑教学实践以及使学生在中考短距离项目中取得较好的成绩提供有益的参考及可行性的帮助。
This paper use experiments, questionnaires, field survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, take the third -year secondary school students of Fuzhou Yanan Middle school as the research object, analysis the standing start technology affect the achievement of the learn to master the use of it in short - distance race, discuss the effect of this techniques in teaching practice, to draw a conclusion. Aimed to provide the beneficial reference and offer help at the future middle school in short distance running teaching and make students in the short distance project has obtained good results.
