摘要
本文根据金属冷变形过程中的软化现象,对振动释放金属薄壁零件残余应力进行了研究,并提出一种能耗少、简化热处理设备去应力的新方法。
According to a Phenomenun of Softening in metals under cold defor- mation we have made a study of decreasing residual stress by means of vibration and put for- ward a new method which can decrease the residual stress in thin-wall parts effectively by using heat-treatment equipments with less energy consumption.
