围产期糖代谢与各种分娩方式中窘迫和缺氧的关系

摘要 本文对123例足月新生儿的UA和UV葡萄糖浓度和CO_2CP进行了对照研究。结果UA和UV葡萄糖之间差异显著(P<0.01)。VE给UA的UV葡萄糖最高,CS组最低。VE组UA—UV葡萄糖差值与CS和SD组相比最小。UA—CO_2CP仅SD和VE组、CS组与VE组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结果提示UA和UV葡萄糖浓度和UA—UV葡萄糖差值是足月新生儿窘迫的指征。 It was tested the UA and UV glucose levels and Co_2CP of 123 ncwborns from diffcrcnt forms of delivery (SD. CS and VE). The results showed that the difference between UA and UV glucose levels was significant and the lowest glucose level was present in CS group. Compared with CS and SD groups, the difference of UA-UV glucose lcvcl in VE group was the smallest. The differences of UA-Co_2CP were significant among three ones. It was indicated that the glucose levels of UA and UV and their differences could become an index of neonatal stress.
