摘要
从1978年元月～1987年12月,作者采用5种手术方法,对11例拇指外伤性缺损进行修复与重建,其中Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型3例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型1例。经平均6.5年随访复查,优6例,良4例,差1例。文中着重讨论了拇指的解剖特点,拇缺损的分型及重建术式选择的原则等问题。强调加强早期功能锻炼与康复治疗。
From Jan,1978 to Dec. 1987,11 cases of the traumatic thumb defect were repaired and reconstructed with 5 kinds of the operational methods. In these cases,there were type Ⅰ 5 cases, type Ⅱ 3 ones,type Ⅲ 2 ones and type Ⅴ 1 one. Followed up 6. 5 years,the results of the operation were excellent 6,good 4 and poor 1. The anatomic characters of the thumb.the types of the defect and the selection principles of the reconstruction were discussed. Early functional exercise and rehabilitative treatment were stressed.
