摘要
本研究采用同体对照的方法,随机把12只大耳白兔分成5组。兔的左侧下颌体切除后缺损处用脱蛋白猪骨移植,右侧下颌骨体切除后骨缺损区用自体下颌骨移植。术后2、4、8、16、24周各处死兔子2只,进行 X 线照片和组织学观察。发现两种骨移植材料的骨修复过程相似。临床上可试用脱蛋白猪骨作为支架性骨移植材料替代自体骨移植。本实验为临床应用提供了初步的理论依据。
A method of self—body contrast was used in this study.The 12 rabbies were divided into 5 groups.The deproteinized swine bones were grafted in the left defect of lower border of mandible and the autogenous graft in the right ones.2 animals were killed each time.after the operation at 2nd,4th,8th,16th and 24th,respectively.The X—ray photographs and histological examination showed that the course of the bone healing is similar in both grafts.This research provided an evidence that the deproteinized swine bone graft could be served as a dental xenograft,when it was made as the mechanical support to take the place of the autografts. The stady had provided the theoretical consideration.
