高原肺水肿患者SOD与LPO含量变化的临床意义

摘要 测定40例高原肺水肿(HAPE)患者血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量,发现 HAPE 患者 SOD 明显低于正常(P<0.01),LPO 明显高于正常(P<0.001)。HAPE 康复后,LPO 与正常人无差异(P>0.05)。结果还提示,高原正常人血中 SOD 呈代偿性增高,HAPE 的复发性及个体差异与血中SOD 含量低下有关。自由基和脂质过氧化物增多能引起 HAPE 的重要环节。 The concentrations of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in blood had been measured in 40 patients with high altitude pulmonary edema.The results showed that the concentrations of SOD in the patients were remarkably lower(P<0. 01) and LPO were higher (P<0.001) than those in normal persons.After recovery,the con- centrations of LPO was not significently different between both groups(P>0.05).The re- sults indicated that the concentrations of SOD of normal persons in the high altitude in- creased compensatively.The recurrence of high altitude pulmonary edma and individual dif- ference were correlated with the reduction of SOD.The increasing of free radicals and LPO maybe play an important role in the occurrence of high altitude pulmonary edema.
