急进高原前后战士无氧阈的调查研究 被引量:1

INVESTIGATION ON ANAEROBIC THRESHOLD IN YOUNG MEN AT PLAIN AND HIGH ALTITUDE

摘要 报道60名新兵空运进驻3680m 前后通气无氧阈(ATGE)测定结果。受试者进入高原初期,负荷运动达无氧阈时,负荷功率和摄氧量均降低,心率升高;达最大负荷运动时,负荷功率,摄氧量和心率均降低,通气量升高。进驻高原前后各参数均存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。研究认为,ATGE 是很有价值而可靠的心肺功能评价指标,尤以 ATGE(负荷功率)最为敏感,其次为 ATGE(Vo2)。 This paper reported the investigation on the ventilative anareobic threshold (AT)in 60 young men at the plain and high altitude(HA) transported by air.The results showed that in early days after arriving at HA,loading efficacy(LE,W) and oxygen uptake volume(Vo2,L/min) decreased,but heart rate(HR) increased when loading exercise reached the level of AT.When the maximal loading exercies is reached,LE,Vo2 and HR decreased, but ventilative volume increased.All of the tested indices of the subjects were very signifi- cantly different(P<0.01) between at the plain and HA.It is well known that maxiaml oxy- gen uptake (Vo2max) is considered as a objective index to evaluate the cardiorespiratory function and AT is also valuable and dependent one like Vo2max.Especially in the hypoxic environment at HA,besides simple and safe,AT is very important to evaluate people's work capacity.Among all tested indices,the AT(LE) was the most sensitive and AT(Vo2) was lesser than LE AT.
