摘要
露木尔是藏糙苏(螃蟹甲)的藏文名,该药为藏族习用药材,主治感冒咳嗽,支气管炎,疮疡久不愈合。本实验用露木尔总皂甙,进行了动物镇咳、祛痰、平喘药理实验,结果表明,露木尔总皂甙有显著的镇咳作用,R=182%。并具有较强的祛痰作用,P<0.01,而无平喘作用 P>0.05。
Lumuer,also named phlomis kawaguchii Murata,is used to cure common cold,cough,bronchitis and suppurative diseases in Tibet.The animal pharmacologic experiments were made with the total saponins of the drug.The experimental results revealed that the total saponins were antitussive(R=182%)and expectorative,which was very significant compared with the control group.But the drug could not help the as-thma(P>0.05)
