椎体去松质骨矫治强直性脊柱炎驼背45例报告

Decancellation of Vertebrae for Correction of Kyphosis from Ankylosing Spondylitis——Report of 45 Cases

本文报道采用椎体去松质骨的方法矫治强直性脊柱炎驼背45例,年龄26～56岁,驼背度数40～120°,平均76.5°。手术矫正角度:单椎体去松质骨矫正30°～75°,双椎体60～106°,随访1年以上者31例,手术优良率90％。

From March 1985 through December 1990.45 patients aged from 26 to 56 with ankylosing spondylitis underwent decancellation of vertebra for correction of ky- phosis.The degree of kyphosis ranged from 40-120°(average 76.5°).Degrees of cor- rection were as follows:monovertebral decancellation 30-75°,divertebral decancellation 60-106.31 patients were followed up over 1 year.The success rate was 90％.
