侧前方减压Luque's棒固定治疗胸腰椎骨折

Anterolateral Decompression and Luque's Rod Fixation plus Iliac Bone Grafting

自1989年7月～1991年12月,作者采用侧前方减压Luque's棒内固定植骨融合术治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓神经损伤17例,平均纠正脊柱后凸17°(Cobb's法)。术前椎体侧方或前后移位者,术后均得到满意纠正。术后椎体前缘高度平均增加0.5cm,前方椎间隙平均增加0.9cm,术后椎管矢状径明显扩大。作者认为,Luque's棒治疗胸腰椎骨折,是一种操作简单、固定确实和并发症极少的有效方法,尤其适用于基层医院和急诊病人的治疗。

Seventeen cases of fractures of thoracolumbar vertebrea with spinal cord in- jury were treated with anterolateral decompression and Luque's rod fixation plus iliac bone grafting from 1989 to 1991.The average correction of kyphosis was 17 degrees (Cobb's method).Good postoperative results were achieved.After surgery,the anterior height of the vertebral body and the intervertebral space increased by 0.5 and 0.9cm respectively.Also increased was the sagittal diameter of the spinal canal.It was believed that Luque's technique was effective in the management of thoracolumbar fracture because of its simple procedure,stable fixation and few complications.It was especially applicable for use in the basic-level hospitals and for the management of emergency patients.
