Sensitivity Test for 16 Strains of Helicobacteria Pylori to 6 Kinds of Drugs

本文报道了用纸片法测定16株幽门螺杆菌对6种药物的敏感度。实验结果表明:不同的菌株对6种药物的敏感度不一样。本文提示为更有效地治疗由幽门螺杆菌引起的胃、十二指肠疾患,最好用患者胃活检组织分离出幽门螺杆菌后作药物敏感试验,选用敏感药物进行治疗。

The results of the sensitivity test of 16 strains of Helicobacteria pylori (HP) are reported in this paper, demonstrating that the sensitivities of different strains were different. It is suggested that the best way to treat effectively gastroduodenal diseases caused by HP is to isolate HP by stomach biopsy and then according to the drug sensitivity test to treat the patients with effective drugs.
