35CrMo调质齿轮接触疲劳点蚀的力学成因及点蚀形成过程的分析研究

摘要 本文通过对8对35CrMo 调质齿轮接触疲劳试验,应用扫描电镜研究了接触疲劳断口形貌,分析了点蚀的力学成因及形成过程,揭示了疲劳裂纹的形成机理,从而证明点蚀的形成及形貌主要是由表面应力状态决定的。 In this paper,through experiment on the contacting fatigue of the 8 pair queenched and tempered gear 35CrMo,by way of scanning electron microscope,we studied the fracture mor- phology of the contacting,analyzed the dynamic genesis of point corrosion and its process,re- vealed the forming mechanics of the fatigue fracture,we thus prove that the point corrosion forming and its morphology are decided mainly by the appearance stress conditions.
