某些药物对大鼠双侧CCA结扎后脑内NE及卒中指数的影响

The Effect of Some Drugs on Intracephalic NE Concentration and Stroke Index in the Experiment Rats

本文观察了某些药物对大鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎后脑内 NE 浓度及卒中指数的影响,结果发现 NE 耗竭剂利血平能使卒中症状显著加重(P<0.05);蛇毒抗栓酶和人参叶皂甙能使结扎动物脑内 NE 浓度较实验对照组显著升高(P<0.05),其卒中指数有下降的倾向或显著下降,提示蛇毒抗栓酶和人参叶皂甙可能通过影响 NE 代谢来改善脑缺血症状。

Rat cerebral ischemia model was made by bilateral carotid artery occlu- sions.The effect of some drugs on intracephalic NE concentration and stroke index was observed.The results showed that stroke index of rats injected with reserpine was higher than that of control(P<0.05).The level of intracephalic NE in the rats,which were given svate or ginseng leave saponins,were increased significantly (P<0.05).
