卵巢肿瘤的B超诊断——附131例手术、病理及B超图象对照分析

Ultrasonograhy in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumors:Contrast Analysis of SurgicalPathological Diagnosis and Sonography of 131 Cases

对131例169个卵巢肿瘤之超声图象与手术病理对照分析,B 超诊断符合率达95.85%.B超可较清楚地显示肿瘤之侧别、大小、数目及毗邻关系,并根据肿瘤之 B 超图象辨别肿瘤的性质。本组良性肿瘤中81.14%为囊性,恶性肿瘤则为实性或以实性为主之混合性。对畸胎瘤、卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转及库肯勃氏瘤的 B 超图象进行了讨论分析。

The 169 ovarian tumors removed from 131 patients were analysed for the relationship between their ultrasonogram and surgical-pathological diagnosis.The diagnosis accordance rate was 95.85%.The location,size and number of tumors and the relationship with adjacent organs were clearly detected.The mass nature was judged according to the sonoqraphy features.The majority(81.48%)of benign tu- mors was cystic and the malignant was solid or mixed.The sonography of ovarian teratoma,ovarian torsion and Krukenberg tumors are discussed.
