摘要
本文介绍了八仙长寿汤煎剂在药理学方面的作用。实验表明该方对小鼠的游泳和爬杆实验显示了抗疲劳作用;并能提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力、增强免疫吞噬功能及增强由5%d—半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的食欲、体重与机体的生命活力。
The pharmacological actions of Baxian Changshou Tang were studied on mice which showed that it had the following effects:(1)resistence against fatiguc in swimming and climbing up a pole;(2)increase of tolerance to hypoxia;(3)increase of immunity and phagocytosis;(4)increases the appetite,life vitality and body weight of senile mice induced by 5% d-semi-lactose.
