肝动脉栓塞化疗术治疗中晚期肝癌的临床观察(附42例报告)

Clinical Observations of Hepatic Artery Embolism Chemotherapy for Liver Cancer at Middle and Later Stage(A Report of 42 Cases)

本文报告42例中晚期肝癌病人进行肝动脉栓塞化疗的效果。42例中,股动脉穿刺插管35例,剖腹探查术中插管7例,用碘化油、表阿霉素、丝裂霉素、顺铂、5-Fu 和明胶海棉等进行栓塞化疗。经治疗后多数病人瘤体缩小,AFP 值下降,延长了生命,提高了生存质量,使二期肝切除成为可能。

The paper reported 42 patients with liver cancer at middle and later stage treated by hepatic artery intubation and chemotherapy with iodine of oil,mitomycin-ckyowa,plat- inum,pharmowbicin,5-fluorouracil and gelation sponge and intubation.Among them,35 were give through femoral artery intubation and 7 in the laparotomy.The results showed that the masses of liver cancer in most patients shrinked with the decrease of AFP,This method improved survival time and living quality of the patients.
