摘要强直十七脊柱炎(Marlc一struempel Arthritis,)为Struempel. Marie 和Bechterew等作者1884一1898年一首先介绍,而驼背病人的手术治疗则由Smith一Pe-tersen于1 945年第一次报道。之后、不少作者对手术治疗的方法进行大胆改进,使治疗效果不断提高.并发症发生率日趋下降。
