血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷、铁蛋白浓度与潜水员减压性骨坏死的关系——附128例分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了128名职业潜水员血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷和铁蛋白测定结果,以及该结果与减压性骨坏死的关系,X线检查确诊16名潜水员有减压性骨坏死。其余112名中,有关节痛及肌痛等症状者34名,无症状者84名,结果表明减压性骨坏死组血清骨钙素低(P<0.01),磷高(P<0.05)。血清碱性磷酸酶、钙和铁蛋白无显著差异,作者认为血清骨钙素测定对减压性骨坏死的诊断有一定价值。 The serum levels of osteocalcin, alkaline phosphatase, calcium, phosphorus and ferroprotein were determined in 128 professional divers and were correlated with 16 cases of dysbaric osteonecrosis (confirmed by X-ray examination) among them. There were another 34 cases with symptoms of arthralgic and muscle pain. The remaining 84 cases were free of symptoms. The results showed that the osteonecrosis group had lower level of serum osteo- calcin (p<0. 01) and higher level of phosphorus (p<0. 05); and there were no significant changes of serum alkaline phosphatase, calcium and ferroprotein levels. The authors suggest that serum osteocalcin determination may have some value in the diagnosis of dysbaric os- teonecrosis.
