摘要
本文阐述了实现对科技项目进行管理并提供项目实施决策信息的计算机管理软件实现的过程,以及软件的技术特色。
The paper expounds the method of management of the scientific and technical projects and making the strategic decision of carrying out the projects by means of computer. This paper also describes the characteristics of the software about the management and making a strategic decision system.
