大通牦牛血清运铁蛋白多态性的进一步研究

FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON SERUM TRANSFERRIN POLYMORPHISM IN DATONG YAKS

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海省大通牛场牦牛的血清运铁蛋白多态性做了进一步研究。结果发现:①被检牦牛的血清运铁蛋白位点有TF AD和TF DD两种电泳表型,以TF DD为优势基因型;②TF^A和TF^D基因频率分别为0.0044和0.9956;③基因杂合度为0.0088。

A further investigation on the serum transferrin polymorphism was conducted by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic method in the yaks living in Datong Cattle Farm,Qinghai. The results were as follows:(1)There were two electrophoretic phenotypes-TF AD and TF DD. The TF DD type was a preponderance genotype on the locus of serum transferrin in the examined yaks;(2)The frequencies of TF^A and TF^D alleles were 0.0044 and 0.9956,resp;(3)The gene heterogeneity was 0.0088.
