摘要
线叶嵩草种子采集后在冰箱中保存半年发芽率仅3.3％,保存1年半后只有13.0％。用浓度为0.005—0.05g/ml的氢氧化钠处理3 h后,采集保存半年和1年半的种子发芽率分别可达36％和72％。NaOH对线叶嵩草种子萌发有增效和负效两方面,最佳处理浓度为0.03g/ml。
NaOH Solution(0.005-0.05g/ml)was used to treat 2 batches of capilaryleaf Korbresia seeds,which had been reserved in refrigerator for 18 and 6 months, respectively, to determine its effects on the germination. The results showed that the germination percentage of Korbresia capillifolia increased from 13% to72%(reserved 18 months)and 3.3% to 36%(reserved 6 months) after a 3 haur-treatment. NaOH had both Positive and negative effects on germination of Capilaryleaf korbresia seeds. The most efficient Concentration was 0.03g/ml.
