镇痛灵对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠降血糖作用机制的实验研究

本文观察了镇痛灵对四氧嘧啶所致的实验性糖尿病大鼠血糖、血清胰岛素、过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(GSH—PX)的影响。结果表明:治疗组大鼠腹腔注射镇痛灵(25g/kg)后的3天、6天、9天、12天及停药后的3天,6天血糖浓度与对照组同时间血糖值比较显著降低(P<0.001);血清胰岛素水平较对照组明显升高(P<0.001)。血清Lpo含量在治疗后的24h明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.001)、72h的含量与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),GSH—PX活力于治疗后的24h、72h均较同时间对照组明显增强(P<0.01,P<0.001)。

Effect of Zhen Tong Ling (ZTL) on the blood glucose, serum insulin, L po concentration and GSH-px activities in the blood was observed in exp-erimental diabetic rats by alloxan.The results showed that the blood glucose was obviously de-creased and the serum insulin was significantly incre-ased in the ZTL treatment group on 3th day, 6th day, 9th day, 12th day after intraperitoneal injection of ZTL (25g/kg) and on 3th day 6th day after stopping therapy (P<0.001) compared with the control group at the sametime; serumLpolevelwaslower in the ZTL treatment groupat 24h following therapy (P<0.01) than that in the control group, but not significantly low at 72h5 the GSH-px activities was significantly higher inZTLtreatmentgro-up at24h (P<0.01) , 72h (P<0.01) after therapy than that in the controlgroup.
