本试验以长(白)×宁(黑)一代杂种猪为研究对象,探讨了猪在生长发育不同体重阶段血清总蛋白含量与肌纤维直径及眼肌面积的相关性。结果表明:血清总蛋白含量的变化,可反映体内肌肉生长的一定规律。

The first generation of hybrid pigs has been studied, The correiation be-tween the content of total protein in sera(CTPS). the diameter of muscol ?fibre and area of back longest muscle in stages of different weight in growing period was discussed. The results showed that the change of the CTPS can reflect certain rule of muscle growth in body.
