在我国推行市场经济的今天,农业却呈现出一种相对趋冷倾向。农业的基础地位和重要作用是否会因推行市场经济而动摇?作者通过认真思考,认为农业相对趋冷有着某些必然性和普遍性,但农业的基础地位和重要作用决不会因此而改变,而且农业必然会成为市场经济能否得以顺利进行与发展的基础。

Today,in the situation under practicing market economy, the agriculture presents a downward trend. The author,through earnest think deeply in the status and importance of agricultural foundation,considers:in the early days of carrying out market economy in China,that the agriculture presents a relatively downward trend have in-evitability and univerality ,but the status of agricultural foundation and the importance of agriculture will definitely not any change. Furthermore, the agriculture will stili be the forndation of deveiopment of market economy.
