摘要
本文通过对脱水蔬菜干燥机理和干燥过程的分析,以新鲜青椒脱水干制为例,提出脱水蔬菜隧道式烘房的简明设计计算。
This paper, through analysis of the mechanism and the dry process of de-hydrated vegetables ,took the dry process of dehtdretion of fresh green pepper for exam-ple.put forward the brief design calculation of tunnel style hot chamber be used for veg-etalbes dehydration.
