宁夏纯井灌区与扬水灌区推广管灌技术的思考

STRATEGIC CONSIDERATION ON POPULARIZING LOW PRESSURE WATER TRANSFER PIPE IRPIGATION TECHNIQUE IN PURE WELLAND WATER-PUMPING IRRIGATED DISTRICT IN NINGXIA

本文基于在盐池县示范推广低压管道输水灌溉(简称管灌)技术的实践,结合国内管灌的最新动态,论述了管灌在宁夏纯井灌区和扬水灌区具有较强的生命力,总结了管灌技术在我区推广的正反经验,并提出了加速推广的几点建议,可供有关部门决策时参考。

Based on application case of popularizing low pressure water transfer pipe irrigation technique(be abbreviated pipe irrigation)in yanchi County,Ningxia,analysing the iatest developments of domestic pipe irrigation,this paper discussed that the pipe irrigation has a powerful vitality in pure well and water - pumping irrigation district in Ningxia,and summerized the experience and lesson on the popularization of pipe irrigation in Ningxia,and put forward several proposals on speeding up oppularization of pipe irrigation,which is used as a reference for the concerned department.
