摘要
鉴于九江长江大桥第一批500t试验料的焊接接头断裂韧性较差,后经母材优化,和将第二批107t试验料与H04MnMoE焊丝相匹配,使接头韧性获得了显著改善。因此,用于九江长江大桥的实用料,经试验其接头韧性良好,可以满足桥梁安全运营的要求。为此本文综述了该桥试验料到实用料的断裂韧性试验分析的全过程,并对此作出了肯定性评价。
In view of the welded joint fracture toughness of the first part of test material (500t) used in Xinjiang Yangtze River brige is relatively poor,the improvement research work is made.After optimizing the base metal,welded joint toughness of the second part of test material (107t) which is welded with H04MnMoE wires is evidently improved.It is good and able to satisfy the safety need of the bridge.This paper is the introduction of the whole process of the research work.
