提高3Gr_2W_8V钢压铸模寿命的热处理工艺

摘要 在对3Gr_2W_8V 钢铝合金压铸模失效分析的基础上,测定了不同热处理工艺下硬度,断裂韧性 K_(1c)和冲击韧性α_k,认为 K_(1c)值低是模具开裂失效的主要原因。试验结果表明,提高淬火加热温度可使该钢的回火稳定性,回火后硬度,二次硬化效应,断裂韧性得到改善和提高。指出了能够提高3Gr_2W_8V 钢压铸模寿命的新工艺为:调质处理后于1220℃高温加热淬火,650℃回火二次。 Based on the failure analysis of the aluminium diecast dies made 3Cr_2W_8V steel,the hardness,fracture toughness K_1c and impact toughness aifithe steel were examined.It showed that the lower value of K_1c was the main cause of the fracture failure of the diecast.The results of experiments illustrated that the tempering stability,the hardness after being tempered,the hardened effects of the second time and the toughness of fracture could be improved by raising the temperature in the quenching.It provided a new technique which could prolong the service life of diecast dies of 3Cr_2W_8V steel,that is,after being treated in quality changing,it was quenched at a high temperature of 1220℃ and tempered twice at 650℃.
