摘要
本文认为必须认真学习贯彻十四大的精神,把我国地勘体制改革纳入社会主义市场经济的轨道,按照社会主义市场经济的目标模式加快改革步伐。文章并就如何建立和完善地勘单位经营机制,加速企业化的进程等问题进行了论述。
The article calls for conscientious study of the gist of the 14th Party Congress so as to quicken the pace of economic restructuring of the geological prospecting trade and brint it into line with the aimed pattern of the socialist market economy. Ways and measures to be adopted to perfect the operating mechanism of the geological prospecting units and to accelerate their enterprization are discussed.
