摘要
此文论述了加强地矿部门国有资产管理的意义和办法。认为,当前应积极稳妥地开展三方面工作:一是建立地矿系统国有资产管理组织体系;二是从理顺产权关系入手,搞好清产核资,进一步理顺经济关系和丝济秩序,为加强国有资产管理辅平道路;三是积极推行国有资产经营责任制。
The article elaborates the significance of enhancing management of state-owned, fixed assests in geological and mineral resources departments and proposes to take the following positive steps in a steady way: 1. to establish an administrative system for management of state-owned fixed assets; 2.Proceeding from straigthening out the ownership relations by doing a good job in making an inventory and assessment of the assets to further rationalize the economic relations and economic order, so as to pave the way for management of state-owned fixed assets; and 3. to implement an economic management responsibility system in this regard.
