摘要
本文认为,改革矿产地质勘查的运行机制,有三个带根本性的认识问题需要解决,一是由矿产地质勘查业自己来构筑矿产地质勘查市场,还是由矿业开发市场来造就矿产地质勘查市场;二是怎样评价国內矿业开发市场和矿产地质勘查市场间的供求关系;三是如何认识国际上通行的矿产地质勘查的经济运行机制。文章就上述问题提出了个人见解。
It is necessary to bring about a proper understanding of the following questions of essential significance to the transformation of the geological and mineral exploration mechanism: 1) is the geological exploration market to be built up by the geological and mineral exploration trade itself or to be cultivated by the mine development market? 2)how to assess the supply-demand relationship between the domestic mine development market and geological and mineral exploration market? and how to recognize the economic operating mechanism of geological mineral exploration commonly Practised in other countries of the world? The article includes the author's views on these questions.
