摘要
本文对近年来金矿储量承包的实践情况作了分析,对有关问题进行了探讨,并提出了改革金矿地质储量承包价格,改革资金供应方式,克服黄金勘查基金拨款到位滞后现象的一些建议。
The article makes an analysis of the contracting of gold reserves conducted in recent years. Besides discussing some related problems, the authors suggest to reform the prices set for contracting of gold reserves and the ways of financial supply, as well as to overcome the phenomena of delayed appropriation of prospecting funds.
