摘要
本文介绍了黑龙省石墨资源概况和开发利用现状,认为存在的主要问题:一是产品结构单一,高新技术产品少,经济效益不高;二是矿山企业管理水平低,技术落后,资源浪费严重。井提出了今后发展的七项对策。
While giving an account of the graphite resources situation in Heilongjiang Province and the present state of affairs in their development and utilization, the author deems the main Problems existed therein are: 1) low economic efficiency resulting from the single Product, mix with only a few kinds of high-and neotech products, and 2) poor management on the part of the mining enterprises and outdated technology, involving serious waste of resources, Remedial measures to improve the situation are proposed.
