雄尔(原蚕蛾)制剂治疗120例肾阳虚证男性病临床观察

Treatment of 120 Cases of Andropathy with Deficiency of Kidney Yang with Xionger Preparation

笔者等自1987年9月起,至1992年12月,确定了雄尔制剂(原蚕蛾、人参、淫羊藿)的配方。临床观察120例肾阳虚证男性病(以下简称治疗组),并随机抽样30例与人参蜂皇浆(哈药)、金匮肾气丸(宛西)进行对比观察(以下简称对照组),结果表明,雄尔制剂对肾阳虚证男性病疗效显著,现报道如下(有关毒理、药理报道等另行发表)。

Xionger Preparation is composed of silk moth, Radix Ginseng and HerbaEpimedii. This preparation was used to treat 120 cases of andropathy with deficiency of kidney yang and 30 cases as a control group. In the treatment group the markedly effective rate was 53.3% and the total effective rate was80.8%. In the control group, these two figures were 20% and 53% respectively. Marked difference existed between the two groups (P<0.05).
