补肾活血法治疗继发性闭经伴牙周病20例

Treatment of 20 Cases of Secondary Amenorrhea Accompanied by Periodontal Diseases by Tonifying Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation

继发性闭经伴牙周病20例,经补肾活血法治疗,18例月经来潮,其中14例恢复排卵,8例足月妊娠。血清雌二醇由治疗前的391.6±122.6升至1262.1±193.8mmol/L。阴道和牙龈脱落细胞成熟度增加,牙周病症状消失或好转,龈沟球菌比例显著增加(P<0.01)。能动杆菌的比例显著减少(p<0.01)。研究表明补肾活血法恢复卵巢功能,治愈继发性闭经的同时也能显著改善牙周病的临床症状。

Twenty cases of secondary amenorrhea accompanied by periodontal diseases were treated by toni- fying the kidney and activating blood circulation. After treatment, 18had menstruation, in which 14 began to have ovulation and 8 of them had term pregnancy. Serum estradiol rose from 391.6±122.6 to 1262. 1±139. 8 mmol/L(P<0. 01). The degree of maturation of the exfoliated cells in the vagina and gum was increased. Thesymptoms of the periodontal diseases disappeared or improved. The gingival sulcus coccus ratio was markedly incyeased (P<0. 01),and the mobile bacillus ratio was markedly de- creased (P<0. 01). The results showed that by tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation, it is possible to restore the function of the ovary, cure secondary amenorrhea and at the same time markedly improve the clinical symptoms of periodontal diseases,
