Simulated Laboratory Study of the Stress Measure on the Hydraulic Cylinder

根据液压机的工作原理和结构,自制一套模拟实验装置,用静态多点测量的方法测试缸外壁的应力分布,分析其受力情况,并校核强度。

According to the working principle and structure of hydraulic presses, we made a set of simulated test equipment. By the method of static multi-point measure, the stress distribution on cylinder is measured. The looding situation is analysed, and the strength is also checked. The measured results are plotted as a curve which indicates stress distribution on the cylinder.
