资产经营责任制在地勘单位经营机制转换中的作用

本文通过对目前地勘单位产权关系不顺的现象及由此引起的严重后果和原因的分析,论述了地勘单位产权制度改革的迫切性扣资产经营责任制对于理顺地勘单位的产权关系、促进其经营机制转换的重要意义。并就如何在地勘业内推行资产经营责任制提出了建议。

Through an analysis of the present improper relations between ownership and management of the geological prospecting units and the causes and grave consequences of such phenomena, the article expounds the urgent need of reform in this field and the importance of implementing the responsibility system for managing assets. It is deemed that such a system would help straighten out the ownership-management relations in geological prospecting units and quicken the transformation of their operating mechanism. Ways and steps of carrying out this system in the prospecting trade are Proposed.
