摘要
本文认为,为了适应加快改革步伐,大力发展经济,建立社会主义市场经济体制新形势的要求,我国现行地质勘探投资体制必须进行改革。文章分析了我国目前地质勘探投资管理中存在的主要问题、改革的内外部条件和主要难点,并提出了地质勘探投资体制改革的基本思路。
The author holds it is imperative to reform the current investment system of the geological prospecting trade so as to make it fit in with the quickened Pace of reform, the development of national economy and the demands of the new socialist market economy. The major problems now existed in the management of geological Prospecting investments, the internal and external conditions for its reform and the difficulties to be encountered are analyzed, with the author's suggestions on how to carry on reform of the sald investment system.
