With the continuous development of imaging techniques and the study on transient ischemic attack,people has been updated understanding with transient ischemic attack.The advancement concerned about the evolution of the definition of transient ischemic attack,the new concept of modern diagnosis,and the risk evaluation and treatment of transient ischemic attack developed into cerebral infarction in short term were elaborated.
